Each year a month’s
tuition for all families is due on or before
July 15. This payment secures your child’s place
for September. This payment will be held by the
Center and used as the final tuition payment for
the school year.
When an account is
delinquent by two weeks, a late fee of $25.00
will be assessed to your account. When
extenuating circumstances occur, please speak
with the Director.
If the account
remains overdue by 30 days your child will have
to forfeit his/her space.
There is a 10%
discount for a second child.
You are expected to
pay for all days agreed upon at admission. Make
up days are not available.
Parents who arrive
after 5:30 are expected to pay a $1.00 fee per
minute directly to the teacher for every minute
after 5:30.
If a child does not
matriculate by September 1 or leaves the school
before the end of the school year, refunds will
be considered on the following basis:
If the space is
taken by another child by the first day of
September or of the month the child departs -
100% refundable
If the space is
filled by another child on or before the 15 of
September or of the month the child departs -
50% refundable.
Thereafter the
tuition payment is non-refundable.
